Tim Lester Images Monthly Update
January is over and I was so busy I think I missed the month - OK, not all of the month but most of it. One weekend was so busy, I traveled enough miles between Friday evening to Sunday evening that I could have driven from New York City to Jacksonville FL. Business has been steady in January and February is normally good with hockey clients, so I expect this month to be very active but hopefully I get to see something while it fly's by.
The first image this month was a common sight in January - while we had cold conditions we also had a few extremely warm periods. During those transitions between warm and cold, you typically experience fog. At a nearby rock quarry, they have an old clamshell bucket on display - so one morning I just had to wait for the sunrise to back light the scene.
For those individuals who have read my monthly newsletter for some time know that December and January is my favorite time to locate bald eagles. So the second image was from one of my trips last month where I was on the road for 15 hours looking to capture great images.
